Global offerings continue to attract interest and build loyalty, giving kitchen table travelers a way to experience different cultures through hot sauce.

It’s how the Mediterranean does hot sauce! Made with only three clean ingredients blended in perfect proportion: peppers, vinegar, and salt. It is Non-GMO & Kosher.
The peppers in Wildfare’s ancestral recipe are grown from heirloom seeds which were first planted by a farming family seven centuries ago. As the family grew and migrated around the Mediterranean basin, they brought the pepper seeds with them – sewn into the pockets and hems of their clothing. They planted the seeds with as much care as they transported them, and they are still grown to this day – a key heritage ingredient to Authentic Shatta Hot Sauce. The naturally brilliant red color is a visual cue to the intensity, vibrancy, and depth of the flavor. Shatta can be used to enhance soups, stews and sauces and work wonders in marinades or even spicy mixed drinks. Try a little on spicy braised short ribs, grilled vegetable skewers, grilled and saucy tempeh, chickpea and tofu curry, or Asian noodle salad. It’s great on almost every game day food you can think of too: chili, ribs, wings, nachos, cheeseburgers…the list goes on and on. |
