INGREDIENTS

- 10 large shrimp, cleaned and deveined (if frozen, thaw first)- 2 Tbsp Wildfare Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 1 jar Wildfare Semi Sun Dried Cherry Tomatoes- 1-2 Tbsp Wildfare Shatta (it's how the Mediterranean does hot sauce!)- 3 Tbsp of Wildfare Wood-Fired Green Olive Salad- 1 box orecchiette or penne pasta- Fresh basil for garnish |

Bring a pot of water to boil.

Cook pasta according to instructions.

While the pasta is cooking, start the shrimp!

Heat the EVOO in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Add the shrimp, searing on each side for 2-3 minutes, until no longer transparent.

Lower heat and add the jar of Wildfare Semi Sun Dried Cherry Tomatoes, 1-2 Tbsp of Wildfare Shatta Hot Sauce, and 2-3 Tbsp of Wildfare Wood-Fired Green Olive Salad.

Stir together for a few minutes until the sauce is heated.

Add the cooked pasta to a bowl and top it with the delicious shrimp and puttanesca-style sauce.
