- 1 Cup baby spinach- ½ Cup fresh basil- ¼ Cup fresh dill- 1 Tbsp fresh tarragon- 2 Garlic cloves- 1 Small shallot- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar- ½ Cup grated parmesan cheese- 1 Tsp salt- ½ Tsp fresh ground black pepper- ½ Cup Wildfare Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Add all the ingredients, with the exception of the EVOO, to a blender or food processor and blend until pureed with a bright green color. Feel free to use whatever soft herbs make you happy.

Drizzle in the EVOO while still blending to emulsify.
