- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk- 2 Tsp. vanilla extract- 2 Cups heavy cream- 1 Jar Wildfare Preserves with Chia Seeds (the good news is there are 8 varieties, so depending upon your mood and/or the rest of your menu, you have a beautiful selection to choose from) • Strawberry • Raspberry • Tart Cherry • Plum • Apricot • Orange • Quince • Fig
PREPARATION

Line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper. Place in the freezer.

Combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in a chilled bowl.

In another chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk.

Gently fold the fruit preserves into the mixture.

Pour into the pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

Garnish with fresh fruit to amplify or complement the preserves in the ice cream if you wish.
Only four ingredients! Luscious chunks of apricots, date juice concentrate and a hint of lemon. Chia seeds are a natural thickener. Powerfully delectable!
