INGREDIENTS

- 4 large portobello mushroom caps (stems removed)- 2 -3 Tbsp Wildfare Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Salt- Pepper- Granulated Garlic- 8 heaping Tbsp Wildfare Fire Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta* (2 or so Tbsp per sandwich)- 4 whole grain buns (toasted)- Bleu cheese, if desired (provolone is a great substitute!)- Lettuce and tomato, if desired |

Prepare your grill for direct grilling.

Clean the portobellos with a damp cloth. Coat them completely with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic to taste.

Toast the buns and set aside until ready to assemble.

Grill the portobellos on both sides until tender with nice grill marks. About 5 – 7 minutes per side.
