INGREDIENTS

- ¾ Cup raw pecans (toast at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, if desired)- ¾ Cup raw cashews (toast at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, if desired)- ½ Cup raw sunflower seeds- ½ Cup raw pumpkin seeds- ½ Cup Wildfare Sun Dried Apricots (unsulfured), chopped- ½ Cup Wildfare Sun Dried Figs (unsulfured), chopped- ½ Cup Wildfare Dried Mango Slices, chopped- ¼ tsp sea salt- ½ tsp cinnamon (if desired)- ½ Cup dark chocolate, chopped (if desired) |

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Store in a resealable bag or mason jar (for up to a month – but it probably won’t last that long!).
Notes: Wildfare Dried Fruits are USDA Organic, Non-GMO, with No Added Sugar. Purchasing raw nuts and seeds that haven’t been coated and roasted in hydrogenated oils and salt allows you to better control your ingredients.
