Healthy! Delicious! Customizable! You control the ingredients – and what’s in them, what’s on them, and what’s not. Experiment with the nuts, seeds, and dried fruits you like. The ingredients below are simply a suggestion. Perfect as an after-school snack, a post workout pick-me-up, a team treat, or, yes, you guessed it, a bit of hiking trail nourishment.
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Cup raw pecans (toast at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, if desired)
- ¾ Cup raw cashews (toast at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, if desired)
- ½ Cup raw sunflower seeds
- ½ Cup raw pumpkin seeds
- ½ Cup Wildfare Sun Dried Apricots (unsulfured), chopped
- ½ Cup Wildfare Sun Dried Figs (unsulfured), chopped
- ½ Cup Wildfare Dried Mango Slices, chopped
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon (if desired)
- ½ Cup dark chocolate, chopped (if desired)
PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Store in a resealable bag or mason jar (for up to a month – but it probably won’t last that long!).

Notes: Wildfare Dried Fruits are USDA Organic, Non-GMO, with No Added Sugar. Purchasing raw nuts and seeds that haven’t been coated and roasted in hydrogenated oils and salt allows you to better control your ingredients.
