Healthy! Delicious! Customizable! You control the ingredients – and what’s in them, what’s on them, and what’s not. Experiment with the nuts, seeds, and freeze dried fruits you like. The ingredients below are simply a suggestion. Perfect as an after-school snack, a post workout pick-me-up, a team treat, or, yes, you guessed it, a bit of hiking trail nourishment.
INGREDIENTS
- ¾ Cup raw pecans (toast at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, if desired)
- ¾ Cup raw cashews (toast at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, if desired)
- ½ Cup raw sunflower seeds
- ½ Cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 pouch Wildfare Freeze Dried Sliced Strawberries
- 1 pouch Wildfare Freeze Dried Whole Blackberries
- 1 pouch Wildfare Freeze Dried Whole Raspberries
- 1 pouch Wildfare Freeze Dried Whole Sour Cherries
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon (if desired)
- ½ Cup dark chocolate, chopped (if desired)
PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Store in a resealable bag or mason jar (for up to a month – but it probably won’t last that long!).
