If you had to choose just one word to describe this salad, it would be: Fresh! The sweet tang of the tomatoes. The burrata, whose outer casing of mozzarella contains a magical soft center of Stracciatella and cream. Verdant, fragrant basil. All dressed simply with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. A perfect example of how a few ingredients of the highest quality need little preparation or fuss to become an amazing dish!
