Quick Shakshuka

SERVES: 2
A good brunch is something we don’t take lightly! Bring the warm Mediterranean to your brunch table with this easy and mouthwatering Shakshuka dish. We use our Shakshuka Bruschetta and crack a couple of eggs over the top to create the perfect savory breakfast bite!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp Wildfare Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 jar of Wildfare Shakshuka Bruschetta
- 4 eggs
PREPARATION

Add 1 tsp EVOO to each of 2 small frying pans and heat on medium.

Add ½ jar of Wildfare Shakshuka Bruschetta to each pan.

Let it cook for a couple minutes, then add two eggs to each pan.

Cook until eggs are over medium (or sunny side up, if that’s what you prefer!).

This can also be made with all ingredients in a large pan. Enjoy with warm baguette or crusty Italian bread.
