INGREDIENTS

- 1 Tbsp Wildfare Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 8 shrimp, deveined- Wildfare Shatta (it’s how the Mediterranean does hot sauce!)- 1 liter bottle of Bloody Mary mix- Wildfare Green Olives Stuffed with Jalapenos- Prosciutto di Parma- Celery stalks- Kosher salt (for optional salt rim)- Lemon or lime juice (for optional salt rim) |

Heat a skillet over medium high heat, with a little Wildfare EVOO to cover the bottom of the pan.

Sear the shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side, until they are pink in color and no longer translucent. Add a drop or three of Shatta to give it a kick!

Take out your favorite drink glasses.

If you like a salted rim, fill a shallow bowl/dish with lime juice and one with kosher salt, dipping the glass in each.

Pour the Bloody Mary mix, add the celery stalk, place 2 cooked shrimp on the rim of the glass.

On a long toothpick, fold a slice of prosciutto and add 3 Wildfare Stuffed Olives with Jalapeño. If you like it extra spicy, add some of your favorite hot sauce!
