This sandwich is not only great for meatless Mondays – it’s great any time! Quick, easy, and delicious. Hearty and satisfying, too!

Prepare your grill for direct grilling.
Clean the portobellos with a damp cloth. Coat them completely with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic to taste.
Toast the buns and set aside until ready to assemble.
Grill the portobellos on both sides until tender with nice grill marks. About 5 – 7 minutes per side.
