Pumpkin Bread
It’s delicious, it’s easy, it makes the house smell wonderful, and it’s seasonal – though not limited to the season. This pumpkin bread is great for breakfast, snack-time, or dessert. It’s also great for buffets and brunches. And you get two loaves – one for you and yours and possibly one to bring to a gathering as a hostess gift.

4
Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into prepared pans.
