A beautiful white fish is the perfect canvas for our vibrant and delicious savory Pistachio Pesto Finishing Sauce! Our fish of preference is halibut, but this would also be great with haddock or hake. Rich, creamy, and slightly salty, our Pistachio Pesto Finishing Sauce elevates any seafood dish - try it and we promise you’ll be hooked!
 
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

On a baking sheet, lay the halibut filets.

Brush with Wildfare EVOO.

Bake for 20 minutes, then broil on high for 3-4 minutes.

Cook orzo (or any type of pasta!) while the fish is in the oven.

Drizzle with a healthy amount of Wildfare Pistachio Pesto Finishing Sauce (pro tip - it’s amazing on pasta as well!).
